We start with the surfaces you want handled
When you request a quote, give us the property address and select the areas you want reviewed. Photos are helpful, but optional. Tell us whether the driveway connects to sidewalks, a front walk, a lanai or a pool deck, and whether you want one area or all of them priced. Our office reviews the request with a real team member before putting a scope together.
A clear surface list matters because the estimate is editable. You can add work, remove work and see what is included before approving from your phone. If you only asked for the driveway, we do not treat the pool deck as automatically approved work. If you want both reviewed during the same visit, we can organize the proposal around that request while keeping the line items understandable.
Concrete, coatings and pavers are different scopes
Our driveway and concrete service begins with the material and its visible condition. A standard concrete drive may call for pre-treatment, surface cleaning, edge work and a final rinse. A textured or coated pool deck needs its own assessment. Pavers introduce joints, sand and, when sealing is requested, a separate restoration and sealing scope. We identify those differences before selecting equipment or treatment.
Rust from irrigation and oil marks also need to be named. Their result depends on the stain, surface and how long the mark has been present, so specialty treatment is reviewed separately. A general pressure-washing line item should never imply that every stain will disappear or that sealing was included.
The spaces between surfaces count
An even finish depends on the edges: the strip beside the garage, the joint where a walk meets the driveway, curbing, steps and the route toward the pool area. All Elite considers those transitions when planning surface cleaning and detail rinsing. We also check where water will flow and what sits nearby, including landscaping, doors, pool water and outdoor furnishings.
Access details help the visit go smoothly. Gate instructions, vehicles parked over the work, fragile items near a deck and available water are useful to mention when you request the quote. Port Orange properties vary from tree-shaded inland homes to more exposed riverfront locations, so the actual address matters more than a standard citywide package.
You can follow the work afterward
Once a scope is approved, All Elite provides arrival updates and before-and-after photos. Your receipt and service history remain available in the private customer portal. Those records make it easier to see what was completed and to decide later whether another surface or a recurring care plan deserves attention.
If your request also includes painted walls, a roof or a screen enclosure, we review those as separate surfaces. Our house and roof cleaning services use low-pressure methods suited to those materials. The point of one coordinated visit is clear planning across the property, not treating every surface as concrete.
