Every approved proposal spells out the exact design, professional installation, in-season maintenance and takedown. Labeled off-season storage can also be included when it is confirmed in your HomeFront agreement.
When should I reserve my 2026 installation?
September is the best time to start the design and approval process. Our October and later installation dates are organized by confirmed route, property scope, weather and crew safety, so reserving early gives you the best selection of dates.
Do I have to buy or untangle the lights?
No. Your proposal is built around a complete, professionally managed display. We confirm the materials, attachment method, power access and exact service scope before you approve anything.
What happens if a light goes out during the season?
In-season maintenance is part of a confirmed full-service proposal. Contact the team and we will review the issue, coordinate access and schedule the appropriate service response.
Can you create a design before I approve the estimate?
Yes. Send the property address and any inspiration you have. The team can review the roofline, entry, palms and landscape, then prepare a property-specific concept and itemized estimate.
Do All Elite care-plan members receive a discount?
Yes. Active All Elite care-plan members receive 10% off the verified seasonal Christmas-lighting quote. The lighting scope and member price are confirmed in writing before they are added to a plan.
Do you install lights for commercial properties and HOAs?
Yes. We can review storefronts, entrances, clubhouses, community features and managed properties. Commercial scopes are confirmed after a site review so access, power, approvals and takedown are clear.
